I previously stayed in rochester hills, but this red roof inn really exceeded my expectations for a budget stay. The staff was friendly, and the room was well-decorated and comfortable. I felt safe during my entire visit thanks to the attentive night clerk.
the air conditioning didn’t work properly.

missingWrote a review on Oct 16spacious roomsconvenient locationfamily-friendly activitiescramped pool area
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The spacious room was perfect for our large family with 7 kids. We had a fantastic time at the nearby Meadow Brook Amphitheatre, where we caught a lively concert that everyone loved. Plus, the location made it easy for us to explore various attractions around.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool area could be more kid-friendly. It was a bit cramped for our kids to have fun splashing around.

More towels and better coffee service would be nice.

The room was pretty cramped, but the bed was super comfy with oversized pillows. The bathroom was a bit small, making it tricky to shut the door. There were clean features, but the floor was definitely not up to par. tissue turned gray when I wiped it. The overall feel was fine, but just bring slippers or shoes for sure.

While I couldn’t indulge in the stay, I caught a whiff of some local flavor nearby at Avery's Tavern and Jet's Pizza, both under a mile away – perfect for late-night cravings! This town's got some solid options that promise to satisfy every foodie's hunger. Plus, the cleaning staff must've been warriors with the intense pine sol aroma. you know they were on their game despite the hiccups.
But, let's get real – the scene outside was sketchy, with folks that made you think twice about parking. And the inside? A no-go. a nasty smell practically screamed at me to exit stage left. Honestly, if they don’t clean this place up, it might as well be a shelter for those simply down on their luck.

This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and pets allowed make it a great choice. On my first stay, staff helped me find nearby restaurants, which I really appreciated. Definitely coming back next year!

The room offered a comfy bed and a decent price, but the tiny bathroom made it challenging to maneuver. The floor was dirty, evident when I wiped up some water and found the cloth was gray.

I loved the friendly staff and the location was perfect for our needs! However, the remote for the TV was missing, which was frustrating. Overall, a decent stay for one night! 😅

Just a smart choice for a passing visit in Rochester Hills with decent value for money. The laminate floor had snow brought in, and I asked for a towel to clean it but got turned down. If you need an extra towel, better bring your own.
